Continuing today with the assembly of the Zenith 750 SD fuselage on page FR-11 which is primarily about assembling the arm rest sub-assembly and prepping the rest for riveting into the rear fuselage frame.
I spent a lot of time clecoing the arm rests together and then clecoing them into the fuselage to make sure I had them assembled correctly and fit correctly. Not much to say here other than I cleco assembled the arm rest frames per the IPL sheet, the printed drawings and the Solidworks drawings.
I still did not do any riveting at this point as I wanted to use AN426AD-5 and AN426AD-3 solid flush rivets for the frame and you can’t do anything else until the frame is finished. Here are some photos of fitting the various parts together and into the fuselage.
Here is an image of the rivet that needs to be left out when riveting the longerons to the side skins to avoid having to drill it out later when you are installing the flaperon control cover.
