I decided to move on with whatever I could do next and began by assembling the front and rear jump seat channels.
This quickly became frustrating because I realized that a lot of the parts that go towards assembling theses channels are actually not included with the fuselage but with the controls kit. While the order form recommends purchasing the fuel / tanks and lighting when ordering the wing kit, it makes no mention that in reality you need the controls kit to facilitate assembling the fuselage so effectively work came to a standstill again while I ordered the controls kit.
Here are some pics anyway of aligning / temporarily attaching the jump seat channels.
