I had previously primed, on both sides, all of the parts for assembling this frame so you will see that they are a gold-green colour.
I collected all of the frame components and rear wing attach brackets on my bench. I found that the best way to begin the assembly was to cleco the top channel C75F3-3 to the CF75F3-4 rear top channel, then to cleco that assembly to the left and right rear wing attachments SD75F4-4 and the left and right LS75F4-1 side channels, per the pics. At that point I had to take a break and will complete it in a later post. Meantime I need to finish priming all the fuselage skins when weather permits.
Note that the flanges of the C75F3-3 go to the rear of the aircraft and the rear wing attach brackets SD75F4-4 go on the front of the front top channel C75F3-3.
As noted in the Zenith description the lower 4 AN3-6A bolts have a washer under the head as well as under the nut while the upper bolts that go through the both the C75F3-3 and C75F3-4 have only a washer on the nut side because of bolt length and thread exposure standards. In my final assembly and riveting post I will include the torques I use with the bolts.
