Today I spent most of the time final drilling a lot of holes in the arm rests and making sure I had the assembly order correct so as to avoid having to drill out rivets.
Although I don’t have any photos here, I dimpled the arm rest frame and corners as necessary for the flush nutplate rivets and the A5 (5/32) flush rivets that hold the front and rear angels to the arm rest frame.
I did some of the flush riveting today but did not get it completed. I tried back riveting but in the end did most of the riveting with a rivet squeezer.
